COUNTRY BOY IN PINE LAKE
Well life on Pine Lake is kinda laid back
City folk moved up here to be country hacks
Feed the elk and deer with corn in a sack
Thank God I'm a country boy
Well they're simpletons can't do nobody no harm
Raisin' their families on a gentelman's farm
Don't know nothin about what they're doin' - darn
Thank God I'm a country boy
Well they got them a fine life right in the middle
Feedin' the wildlife like feedin' the kids with skittle
Feed the elk and life is gone in a flash with a twiddle
Thank God I'm a country boy.
Well they wouldn't trade this life for diamonds or jewels
But a sack of deer corn makes 'em all silly fools
They'd rather have a funeral than comon sense rules
Thank God I'm a country boy
Yeah, city folk drivin' in a black limousine
A lotta sad people thinkin' that's a mighty keen
Well, son, let me tell ya now exactly what I mean
I thank God I'm a country boy
Well they got them a fine life right in the middle
Feedin' the wildlife like feedin' the kids with skittle
Feed the elk and life is gone in a flash with a twiddle
Thank God I'm a country boy.

YEAGER'S CABIN
("Little Cabin Home On The Hill" - Parody)
Out here in the West the sky is so clear
It seems there is room for me to fill
Next thing to do now is disturb the peace
And build a little cabin home on the hill
Oh, someone has complained about me
And tried very hard to stop me
Just to listen to the rain falling gently on the plain
Around my little cabin home on the hill
Choppers and chainsaws now make the sounds
Where once was heard the mountain bluebird's trill
But Yeager found a way to throw it all away
For a little cabin home on the hill
Why can't they be happy wherever they are
Nevermind the wildlife this project will kill
I found this place so I can be alone
In my little cabin home on the hill
Now when you come to the Wimenuche
Yeager's cabin stands where once was wild daffodil
And you find there's no more happiness for you
But Yeager has his cabin on the hill
Oh, they all complained very loud about me
And tried but failed to stop me
Now I listen to the rain beating on my window pane
In my little cabin home on the hill
Oh, to hell with all those who don't want me
To those who hike the wilderness
To you I'm just a pain in the ass
(But I have) my little cabin home on the hill
